We live in a &quot;democracy&quot; that defines itself as being of/by/for the people; the people enact policies and architect the best course of action. Look how well that turns out! In similar fashion, Advertising needs its executive branch - a group of courageously innovative, risk taking individuals who can interpret consumers&#039; needs and translate them into creative marketing. Crowdsourcing is a wonderful tool to aid in this process, but by no means do I see it encroaching upon the role of the creative.</description>
